A Change In Schedule

After just a week, I decided that I'm not going to write every day.  I'm not going to put myself through weekend writings for this because I have a lot of other things I need to get done, including blogging for my personal blog and looking for job.

I'm just going to write about things going on with work from Monday through Thursday.  On Mondays, I will summarize any work happenings during the weekend including Friday's.  Especially during the holidays, I have a lot of things going on during the weekend that are non-work-related.

I have a lot of homework also for work.  I've to get a lot of things done to make sure that my backup will be ready for pretty much everything for next week.

Today, we went through the hiring session together and she did a lot of training.  The next thing I want to do is go through interviews with her and talk to her about what was going on.  We did talk about the hiring pool today.  I had six people scheduled and only three show up.  One e-mailed me that he couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule.  I'm fine with that.  The other two I do not know what happened.  The most important thing though are the driving people.  I need to make sure I have about three drivers or two full-time drivers.  This driver that I'm going to hire is a pretty fast counter, but he's only available nights and weekends.

I was really bummed about that because I was excited for very fast counter and a quick counter to drive for our grocery stores because we need fast counters for that.  I mean, we love our drivers and their precious to us but the managers want someone who can count fast, too.  Most of our drivers are experienced in age so they cannot move as fast as the younger bunch.  All of our drivers are very good and very dependable.  We couldn't do any of our work without them so I can even say enough about them.
