Working and Looking for Another Job=Not Easy!

One of the most frustrating things is looking for work.  If you don't have a lot of people to network with, you spend a lot of time looking for a some kind of connection.

Now, if you are working in a job that requires a lot of hours, but doesn't pay your full worth, you can feel overwhelmed looking for the career that you feel of worth.

I love what I do.  I really do, but it's a part time job, and I really need full time work.  I'm worth it.  Ask anyone I've hired or worked with in this company.

I enjoy going to the office and helping people find work.  I get really excited when the right people come along.

I had such an experience today.  At first, I wasn't impressed with my selection.  But as the training went along, I was happily surprised with the results and couldn't wait to hire some of them.

I go through a thorough interview if I am not really sure about people.  I do offer second chances, but the ball is in their court.  They either take it or I don't call them again.

Today, I was very excited to work when I got to work.  I can't always say that I'm overly excited, but I am glad to be at work when people show up for interviews and I can achieve my hiring goals with good people.

Hiring went pretty smooth.  By 10 am, I was done with that part of the day and ready to screen people for interviews.  I spent the rest of the day on the phone with some really exciting prospects.

The rest of the day was spent on the phone, answering questions, pushing new hires to finish their onboarding forms, calling managers about schedules, and more.

Good day at work!
